We are passionate about giving children genuine opportunities to lead, influence and make a positive difference within our school community. Our child leadership programme enables pupils to develop confidence, responsibility, communication and teamwork skills, while encouraging them to become positive role models for others.​

​Our Sports Crew help to promote a love of physical activity across the school, supporting events, encouraging participation and helping to inspire younger pupils. Peer Mediators are trained to support children in resolving minor disagreements and developing positive relationships, helping to create a respectful and harmonious school environment.​

​Our Digital Leaders champion safe, responsible and creative use of technology, supporting their peers and helping to develop digital confidence across the school. Through Leading Light, children take an active role in our collective worships, developing their public speaking and leadership skills while sharing messages and ideas that inspire our school community.​

​Our School Council ensures that children's voices are heard and valued. Representatives gather the views and ideas of their peers and work with staff to help shape improvements across the school. Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors play an important role in promoting kindness, inclusion and respect, helping to raise awareness and ensuring that children know how to seek support and look out for one another.​

​Through these opportunities, children are empowered to use their voice, take responsibility and lead change. Our leadership roles provide authentic experiences that develop character, confidence and a strong sense of belonging, while ensuring that our children understand that they have an important part to play in making our school community a better place.​
